Symptoms

Over the last 18 months I have been having stomach pains (mostly arounf the sides of my stomach) sometimes they have quick painful twinges and sometimes it aches for a few. Minutes. The stomach cramps are occurring a lot less now than at the start. Most of the time they are in the abdominal area but sometimes I get a dull ache in my groin area though this hasn't haplened for a month or so. At the beginning of last year my periods changed. I started having a couple of very light ones that would only last a day or two then would go back to my usual heavy periods and it carried on for about 8 months. I also find it difficult sometimes to empty my bowels but this has improved somewhat. The first two times I went to the Dr she said it was a water infection and gave me antibiotics which didn't help. Then I went to the nurse and she said I was constipated and gave me some fibre drinks. Then I went back to the Dr and she did some blood tests but for things I didn't expect like liver and kidney. When the results came back it turned out I have a B12 deficiency for which I am having injections for but this has nothing to do with what I keep going to the Drs for. Each time
I go the Dr feels around my stomach and lower abdomin (abdomen) so I would think if there was anything there she would have found it then but I still can't help worrying. I have also suffered from discharge for as long as I can remember but the nurse just tells me not to use bubble bath. I am 24 years old and have been on the pill for 4 years after I had my daughter. The Dr said I might not be getting on with the pill but the nurse said after 4 years I should be used to it. Any ideas please before I go mad?

it sounds like you are in good hands.
The important thing is to see your doctor and keep your  follow up appointments.
This does not sound like a cancer problem.gyn issues can be very uncomfortable
