Symptoms

What are the symptoms of Ovarian Cancer?  I have had abnormal bleeding for over 6 months. Bleeding between menstrual cycles every month, occasional bleeding after intercourse.  I did have an endometrial biopsy, cervical biopsy,  abdominal ultrasound, and a pap smear in  February-March that came back normal.  My doctor said to watch symptoms and see if it goes away.  Have had full blood work up to check thyroid etc, all normal.  Had possible TIA few years ago, so can't take any hormonal medications.  The bleeding after intercourse seems to be getting worse.  Is this something I should have re-evaluated?  Thank you for your time.
