TEST RESULTS GOT ME SCARED

Hi, i got a transvaginal sonogram and a abdominal sonogram done. It revealed that I have a 5 cm fallopian tube, which I guess is not normal . So my doctor wants me to get a ct scan of the pelvic an abdominal .Just to make sure nothing is on my bowel . Now the pelvic exam and the rectal exam at the same time hurt . And the transvaginal sonogram hurt when she was pushing on my bowel . I had the procedure done the next day.  I had no pain previous to that. Now doing alot of research and I did get in contact with my other doctor and she said its probably hydrosalpinx , which is what it is (she said my new doctor). BUt she said she still want a ct scan done. I have to pay out of pocket to have this procedure done . Do you have any idea what this might be. Because when I asked the doctor she said it could be a cyst (which I thought the sonogram would of picked up) or it could be blocked or I could be just one of those people who have enlarged fallopian tubes and never knew it.  Now every time I feel pain in my pelvic region I get scared before I never noticed it. SHe also said this has to be followed. do you have any recommendations . I think I am going to get a second opinion or should I get the ct scan done. I am awaiting for the copy of the report and am going to send it to my new doctor. Do you think Im silly or should I be scared? Oh at first she thought she felt a cyst or something on my ovaries that is why I had a sonogram done.. Thanks so much for all the advice you give
