TV Progam Also Great Website

Thanks for informing us about the 9/5 tv show.  It also has an awesome website where you can donate a star in a friend's name.  Maybe if enough us get involved, we can bring ovca to the attention of more ladies.

This is an awesome website! Not only can you launch a star in someones name, you can also become a part of the stand. Which is nothing but thousands of pictures of people touched by cancer. Just to look at it is overwhelming. It will not even all fit in the screen. There are arrows on all 4 sides to move it further out in that direction. There are also teams started by different people to raise all of the money they can for cancer research. On looking through them, I found that Deandra is also the captain of a team called  Ovarian Cancer whispers but I Shout.

I saw an add in The Womans Day mag and went to the stand up 2 cancer web site and will be telling all family and friends about the program... It is this kind of media attention that can bring us closer to cures for cancer. I am physicaly, emotionaly, and spritualy standing up to cancer myself and will buy a star for my FIL who died from cancer in 1991. They have come a long way since then in treating cancer but more work and research needs to be done.
