Testosterone at 294!

Hi. I am an otherwise very healthy 38 year old woman who recently had blood work done due to hair loss, uncontrollable and somewhat frequent aggressive angry behavior, weight gain and continual spotting. My progesterone and estrogen were a little off but my testosterone was 294. I had an ultrasound and there were no ovarian cysts. I am going in about an hour for a MRI to check my adrenal glands. Here's my question-why am I so dizzy??? I have studied all of the side effects of high test. in women but can't find any correlation to brain activity. Has anyone experienced this? I cant remember things and I feel like I am dizzy and have to sit down 2-3 times a day. My brain feels weird, just a little off. Does anyone know anything?? I am so tired of this.
