This Isnt normal?

For the last 8 months I first noticed just pains in my pelvic, then it turned into sharpe pains and then my stomach began to become bloated all the time.. Now I am always tired, bloated (no matter what I eat) and have extra gas, and I get these terrible pains. My bowel movements have changed and my periods are all mixed up. I have had an abnormal pap smear and just went for my second one... waiting on results and waiting to have an ultrasoun done... I am begining to think it is something more then just a pain. my life is upside down and I am not me.. anymore... There is a chance I have Ovarian Cancer, I guess my question is.. did or does anyone feel the way I am feeling with all these syptoms?

your symptoms sound exactly like mine.... ater an abnormal pap and colposcopy I was diagnosed with cervical dysplasia....keep in mind that this is not cancer but if left untreated it could turn into cervical cancer..... I had some procedure to remove the dysplasia... there's low grade, moderate, and severe dysplasia... mine was severe, which is high risk for cervical cancer.....and after further surgical procedures, it's all been removed....

Please try not to worry and wait for results... if you have low grade which is the most common one... most likely it goes aways in its own...but it's very important to keep all your pap appointments. I hope everything works out for you...

Hi.  These symptoms could fit a lot of conditions.  The important thing is that you are going to the doctor and taking this further.  An ultrasound is a good first step.  Good luck!

BTW:  An abnormal pap is not a symptom of ovarian cancer.
