Transabdomianl/endovaginal pelvic ultrasound

Here's the finding from the ultrasound.  Should I be worried about any cancer?
The uterus is anteverted and somewhat enlarged, measuring 11.2 cm longitudinal x 5.0 cm anteroposterior x 6.0 cm transverse.  The uterus is inhomogeneous in echogenicity with two focal hypoechoic lesions detected in the uterine fundus consistent with intramural fibroids measuring 0.8 x 0.6 x 0.9 cm and 0.7 x 0.5 x 0.7 cm.  Multiple small nabothian cysts are detected.  Transabdominal imaging shows a left ovarian cyst seen to better advantage on endovaginal images.
Endovaginal images again demonstrated the mild heterogeneous echogenicity of the uterus.  The endometrium is closed, measuring 9 mm in double-fold thickness.  The right ovary is normal in size, measuring 2.1 x 1.5 x 1.8 cm.  The left ovary is slightly larger, measuring 3.0 x 3.0 x 2.5 with  a 2.4 x 1.8 x 2.1 cm left ovarian cyst.  Small follicles are detected bilateraly. There is no evidence of adnexal mass.  No free fluid within the cul-de-sac.
Impression: enlarged leiomyomatous uterus, with multiple small nabothian cysts
normal right ovary
2-4 cm left ovarian cyst
