Transvaginal Ultrasound Results

Having had intense and persistent nausea, an intense feeling of fullness/upper abdomen pressure after ingesting the smallest amount of food, and lower left abdomen tenderness, I saw my GP who sent me for a transvaginal ultrasound after an u/s of my gallbladder came back fine.

Results state "prominent vascular structures seen in the left adnexal region" and my right ovary contains a dominant follicle and small cyst.  I haven't seen mentioned in other postings such terminology.  I think "vascular structures" are blood-filled masses of some-sort and therefore think it can be considered fluid-filled, so therefore maybe not serious.  Or am I wrong?  I have constant aching in the lower abdomen region and also have periodic left upper leg tingling and burning sensations.  Are the vascular structures something to be concerned about?  No measurements of the structures were provided in the report...
