Transvaginal procedure

I went to the docter a few months ago and they found an abnormalty of my uterus so  I just had a recent transvaginal procedure done and my right ovary could not be visualized, what does this mean? They did find a tumor on my left ovary that is no longer seen on a recent exam, it was the size of a tennisball, and they say I have an anteverted uterus, what does this mean? Also they said there are follicles in the left ovary and there  is no free fluid could you please tell me what all this means? Thank you.

Hi There
this all sounds like normal findings. Commonly one or both of the ovaries cannot be visualized because they are small and there is bowel gas in the way. As a woman gets older and goes through the menopause, it gets harder to see the ovaries as they are so small
