Why do you think Ovarian Cancer is a possibility? Did the Dr. mention this to you.?  You didn't mention your age .. but the CA-125 isn't really used that much to screen for ovarian cancer in premenopausal women unless you have other symptoms. Even then, it isn't reliable since there are so many other things that can elevate the results.. This is according the American Cancer Society. Now, if you are postmenopaual, the test carries a little more weight.

Was there a reason the ultrasound was performed? like pain, etc.. Let us know a little more .. And if you have cysts ,there is an Ovarian Cyst forum where you may get more information.
Take care,
Sandy

Hi , have you had any other tests such as a ca125 ? . TVUS shows up cysts, masses and abnormalities in the female tract most of the time but not always. A ct scan is sometimes carried out if ovarian cancer is suspected and you are having symptoms . A diagnosis of ovarian cancer can only for definate be made after pathology review with samples from the tissue. Are you having symptoms ? . A bit  more info if possible would be helpful thanks.

Take care Angie
