Treatment for Carboplatin Resistant Ovarian Cancer

I had Stage 3C High-grade serous cystadeonocarcinoma of the ovary, 7 x 5 x 3 cm in size on the right side and 8 x 7 x 5 cm in size on the left side, with suspected peritoneal carcinosis (pT3, N1, MO, L1) initial stage IIIC in 2007. Followed 6 cycles of carbo/ taxol. In Mar 2009 I had a rapid rising CA 125 and was treated with Carbo/etoposide and Avastin. I remain on Avastin but my Ca125 is rapidly rising again. There are no trials for new drugs in Ireland. What options for treatment are there in the states? Where is the best place for new treatments of recurring ovarian cancer? ( funds are available). Any direction / optioins would be very gratefully appreciated.
