Trouble getting diagnosis...

I posted a few weeks ago about some health problems I was having which seemed possibly indicative of ovarian cancer--menstrual problems, apppetite loss, stomach/pelvic pain, etc.  I am still having these problems, as well as a pressure in my chest which I can't get rid of, pains under my ribcage, nausea, sleeplessnes, horrible lower back pain, etc.

I am still concerned about ovarian cancer, but my doctors refuse to test me because (a) they didn't feel anything during my pelvic exam at the end of December and (b) I look healthy, with no weight loss or problems indicated in my bloodwork.  They think it is stomach problems and have done both an Upper GI series and ultrasound of my liver/gallbladder, with nothing indicated.  Now they want to do a scope of my stomach.

I've always been under the impression that ovarian cancer is so dangerous because it is insidious and not terribly noticable until the last stages.  Am I overreacting, or does more testing need to be done to actually rule out ovarian cancer?  I don't want to be a hypochondriac, but I also want to make sure that the most serious possibilities have truly been ruled out.

I would go and see a GYN/ONC.To rule out ovarian cancer.
