Twisted ovary

I went in for surgery two weeks ago because i was having very strong abdominal pain while on my period. My doctor thought i had endometriosis. I ended up having to spots of endometriosis in my tendons so they removed that. My left ovary was twisted and flipped back towards my rectum with also a cyst on it. They also shortened my folopian tubes. After my surgery was the normal abdominal pain like you are suppose to until yesterday. I am having pain like i was having before my surgery. It hurts to put pressure on my left side and it burns a lot. Since i had so many things wrong with me i dont know what it is. Anyone know?

Hi there
'you should go back in to see your surgeon for an evaluation.
it could be you just have an abdominal muscle strain
but pain can be a sign of infection
so someone needs to look at your incision
take care
