Two right ovarian complex cystic lesions

I have had 2 transvaginal sonograms.  Second has found There are two cystic lesions with uniform internal echoes. There is asymmetric wall thickening and an associated soft tissue mural nodule that measures 5mm.  The impression is two right ovarian complex cystic lesions. they also said  the uterus is difficult to visualize appears diffusely heterogenous.  Can anyhone tell me maybe what all this means. Would they consider surgery? Or could this spread to other parts of my body?  Thanks for the help.

I just posted a reply to your message from 8/30, with what my Dr advised, since our conditions appear to be similar.  However, what you have described here is Greek to me.  Could the Dr possibly explain it in lamens terms for you?
