US Results----need to know the meaning

Well i has a US done a week ago....and can anyone tell me what a complex hypoechoic mass is? the mass is 34 * 42 mm ....not sure how big that is ...all i know is ...i had a US back in sept and at that time it was only 2.3cm....here is the finding on my US
FINDINGS....
Examination shows a heterogeneous,non vascular, hypoechoic circumscribed 34 * 42 mm mass within the left ovary, including the mass, measures 51 * 39mm . arterial flow within the ovarian parenchyma is shown with doppler.


and can anyone tell me what at hemorrhagic cyst is ?

As far as the size, the mass is  very roughly 1 and 1/4 inch by 1 and 1/2 half inch.   The mass was originally just less than one inch in size.  Hypoechoic means that there is less echo from the ultrasound, which is an indication of greater fluid content, if I am recalling my studies correctly. A hemorrhagic cyst is one that is 'bleeding', and if the cyst is leaking fluid into itself then it will indeed be growing in size.
