Ultralsound Pelvis

I just got a result form my Dr. Please help with my result if I'm ok? Do I have cancer Please help I'm very scare and worry. Right ovary measures 4.2 x2.7x2.7 cm and cantians a 2.5x2.4x2.9cm hypoechonic mass without intearnal vascularity demonstrated. The Left overy is enlarged, measureing 8.0x6.3x5.2cm, and conatians a 2.9x3.7x6.2cm simple appearing cyst and a 3.8x48x3.7cm hypoechoic mass without internal vascularity demontrated. No free fluid in the cul-de-sac. Please help...what is this mean???I'm so worry...

so much depends on context
How old are you?
when was your last period?
what symptoms are you having?

depending on your age these can be cysts of ovulation or benign growths from endometriosis.
