Ultrasound results, 3 yrs symptoms, no insurance

For nearly 3 yrs I've had the following symptoms & been unable to work or attend school for 2 years: Extreme fatigue & joint/back pain, memory problems(getting worse), shortness of breath, dry eyes, sporadic hair loss, dizziness(one fainting spell over 2 years ago), severe hip/shoulder/neck pain, constant thirst, pain in lower abdomen (usally dull, sometimes sharp), urination frequency & difficulty/pain, constipation, queasiness(becoming more frequent),PVCs, appetite loss/increase, irreg. periods(heavy bleeding &/or clotting), inner thigh pain, stiff/puffy/red hands, insomnia, depression. Last week I was sent for a vaginal US with the following results: Uterus measures-7.6x5.1x6.5cm & heterogeneous with multiple apparent fibroids, Endometrial stripe is 13 mm in thickness, Right ovary measures-4.2x2.4x1.6cm, Left-1.8x2.6x2.1cm, Follicular cysts are demonstrated bilaterally, no free fluid is seen. Impression: 1)FIBROID UTERUS 2)MILD THICKENING AND IRREGULARITY OF THE ENDOMETRIAL STRIPE, WHICH COULD BE RELATED TO PHASE OF MENSTRUAL CYCLE IN THIS YOUNG FEMALE(37 YRS) 3)SEVERAL FOLLICULAR CYSTS THROUGHOUT BOTH OVARIES. I was told by the nurse to live with it! I am uninsured, so I am forced to go to the community heath clinic & keep getting pawned off on local hospitals who, in turn, give minimal attention as soon as they hear "no health insurance." Looking at these results plus all my other symptoms, what is the best course of action for me? (Thyroid, lupus, RA have been ruled out, can't get Dr.'s to request MRI)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi There,
There are free care programs at many hospitals in the United States especially at academic teaching hospitals. You should explore this option. It is unclear to me whether your symptoms are related to your ultrasound findings. However it is clear that you need a healthcare provider who can get to know you and help you to sort out your problems.
take care
