Understanding my pelvic ultrasound

I had a trans-abdominal and trans-vaginal examination performed.
my uterus is anteverted measuring 9.0 by 4.8 cm and contained 22.6mm thickness (it was also said to be inhomogenous and echogenic endometrium). There was no evidence of fibroids or mass lesions.
Although both my ovaries appeared normal in echogenicity, the right ovary measures 3.9 by 2.1 by 3.0 cm and vol. of 12.7 cc
While the left ovary measured 2.9 by 1.7 by 2.6 cm and vol. of 6.6 cc  There was several peripheral follicles measuring < 1.0cm. Also a 2.1 by 1.4 cm simple cyst was noted in the left adnexa that was separate to the left ovary. No evidence of free fluid in pouch of Douglas seen.

I'm 28 yrs old and have always had intermitent yeast infections and lately a UT infection with lead me to the doctor in the first place. I sometimes get clots in my menses. I'm very close to my menses (about one week away).

The sonographer's impression of my ultrasound is that i have endometrial hyperplasia and Left para-ovaian cyst.

Please tell me first of all if my results are ok? Is ovarian cyst in the adnexa normal and what about the follicles noted? Also is my right ovary supposed to be that big or is that abnormal, and if so what does this mean?
