Unsure what to do now!

GYN said problems/pain are psychogenic after removing "spot" from left ovary during lap in Jan.-no biopsy! Said in report he couldn't. Originally told it could be endometriosis by 2 doctors-said he didn't know if spot was endo or not-no mention of other possibilities. I just turned 41 & have never had children. Started w/ mild ache in rt ovary, indigestion & gas in Sept. just before colonoscopy for rectal bleeding and removal of polyp-told bowel problems were due to IBS. Progressed to severe pain in Dec. w/ sudden severe lower back pain, rt. flank pain, spotting btwn periods, extreme fatigue and ovulation pain. Have had light, yellowish discharge for ages but told it was normal by NP after PAP w/ negative results. Has eased off but still have side ache every day, occassional GI problems (gas constantly), lower back pain around period and ovulation, & fatigue. GYN (former) seemed to ignore all symptoms but pain and bowel problems-my gut told me I was totally brushed off. Family history of EndC, BrC, ClnC (some 1st and some 2nd degree). Had problems ten yrs ago w/ enlarged ovary, cysts, spotting btwn periods, and similar ache (while on BC-was on it for 2 years) but only lasted a couple of months. Cryptic desciption but could it be OC? With no GYN/Onc in town what's my best next step? New GP wants to do endo biopsy because irregular bleeding was never addresses by GYN. Should I ask for another TVS and a CA125 test? CT? Thanks! notinvisible
