Use of Clomid and possible risk of Ovarian cancer

I used Clomid on and off for a 3 year period (no pregnancy resulted as of this use).   That was over 12 years ago. I know there is a risk of ovarian cancer with it's use.  Every year, I have been having a pelvic US and all has been normal.  I just received a call from my dr. to come in and talk about my test results on my most recent US.  Needless to say, I am quite concerned as this was always in my mind.  If it is cancer, could it have been caught early enough because of my yearly US's?  I also have a history of endometriosis which I had laser surgery for about 13 years ago.  I had used Danazol for 6 months prior to the surgery - canit cause ovarian cancer? I am in perimenopause so my cycle is irregular at times.  What types of things could show up on an US especially given my past history?  I have a dr. apt. set up but it is not for a few days so just wanted to know what types of things I may find out when I see the dr.?  I don't have any symptoms of anything being wrong but understand that it doesn't always have symptoms.  The person performing the US seemed to spend quite a bit of time checking one of my ovaries so am thinking he was seeing something.  I know I should just wait to see the dr. and not jump ahead of myself but I like to be prepared for things as much as I can.  Thanks!  Just concerned.

If I recall my facts correctly, then Clomid is also believed to be associated with a higher incidence of benign ovarian cysts, not just malignant ones.   Also, the increased risk of Clomid and similar drugs causing a malignancy amounts to only one or two percent over the standard risk of developing ovarian cancer.
