If I recall my facts correctly, then Clomid is also believed to be associated with a higher incidence of benign ovarian cysts, not just malignant ones. Also, the increased risk of Clomid and similar drugs causing a malignancy amounts to only one or two percent over the standard risk of developing ovarian cancer.
