Uterus is inhomogeneous & enlarged lymph node in groin

I went to dr for enlarged lymph node in left groin area.  Pelvic ultrasound found uterus is inhomogeneous in appearance.  no discrete masses are identified.  Endometrial stripe measures 7mm in AP dimension.  0.6 cm simple appearing cyst within right ovary.  Left ovary is homogeneous in appearance.  No free fluid noted in culdesac.  Impression: 1) mild in homogeneity of uterus without evidence of discrete mass; 2) small follicular cyst within right ovary.   What does that mean and how could it relate to enlarged lymph node in left groin area (which has been enlarged for 6+ months).

Hi There
probably unrelated to the groin node
That is a fairly normal report for the uterus
you should ask your doctor about a biopsy of the lymph node
best wishes
