VEPESID & CARBOPLATIN

I write from Croatia.Sorry if I make some mistake! My friend is going through her III reccurence of OVCA and now is treated with VEPESID &CARBOPLATIN. She would like to get your opinion if the combination with CISPLATIN is used also for reccurence and if has less toxicity than Carbo? I would appreciate your answer.

Dear Maira,
Hello! I am so sorry for your friend's troubles. Carboplatin is less toxic than cisplatin. The biggest side effect with the chemo that she will receive is low blood counts.
