Vepesid - oral

Has anyone been onthis drug? Topotecan has helped some, but pain and ascites are worse, so Ono wants to try this. Don't know about cost yet. Just so tired and listless today. What is so bad, it takes all these medicenes so long to know if they are working.

Found out today my insurance will cover this. So, I will strt taking it Christmas day. It is 21 on 7 off. They use it for small cell lung cancer. Anyone know anything, let me know. Hugs, Yvonne

No luck with anyone who has been on this. Thank goodness, my insurance is paying for it. The cost would have been $1348 for 21 day treatment. That is just scandalous. And it will make me lose my hair. I am not sure if I can handle that again or not. And it is not petty. Unless you have been there like us, you don't understand that. I wish all of you a Merry and pain free Christmas.
