Very hypoechoic round 1cm lesion in right ovary

Very hypoechoic round 1cm lesion in right ovary

I am 50 yrs old, still having periods although sporadically. Had a pelvic ultrasound that says "right ovary measures 2.3 x 1.5 x 1.5 cm. Within this ovary is a very hypoechoic round 1.0 cm lesion that appears to have some minimal internal echoes. Other smaller follicle cysts are also seen in right ovary. Left side has a simple cyst measing 1.0 cm. Left ovary measures 2.5 x 1.6 x 2.2 cm. No other mass or free fluid."

Then a summary says "small bilateral cysts. One on right has some minimal internal echoes but is still probably a cyst."

My gyn is on vacation for a while and I need to know what this means. Does hypoechoic mean a higher or lower chance of being malignant? What does "very hypoechoic" mean? The word lesion concerns me - is that another term for mass? Is it good that it is round as opposed to being jagged on the edges? Is it better that it is probably a cyst?

I'm so scared that I might have o.c. Please help!!

Also, I forgot to mention that my CA 125 test was normal - 18.
