Please help im having a scan done tommorow and i have to drink redi cat and I just lost half of it so does anyone have and secrets on keeping this nasty stuff down

Keep it cold...hold your nose...count the swallows to keep your mind on the goal!  Only one cup at a time every ten minutes and drink a swallow of water before you let go of the nose!

Panting like a dog helps to alleviate the urge to gag...

Maybe even mentally chanting..."chug, chug, chug..."

Make sure it's cold, and everytime you drink some, flush with a swallow of water. Try not to think about it, and drink through a straw. This way you can push the fluid way back in your throat and taste it less. Good luck, Deandra

The only thing that ever worked for me was holding my nose while I drank it.  You've probably already tried that.  Try drinking slowly with a straw.  It also helps if it is cold.
