Waiting for CT Scan - mind playing tricks on me.

I'm just 2 weeks post Lap for a malignant tumor removed from my left (remaining) ovary.  My CT Scan is Monday to see if the Cancer spread.  This wait is terrible!  I'm so scared that I think every pain must be something.  I just want this over with.  I can't focus for long on anything.  Trying to keep busy but this is nuts!  I don't want to focus on negative thoughts but when you get bad news over and over it's hard not to.

Have you been to a Gyn/Onc?  If not, please consider consulting with one.

I will be praying for you.  I understand how scared you are, as we just found out yesterday that my 31 year old cousin is facing Lymphoma.  She goes for a CT-scan today and the wait is killing us.  Just try to relax and find a hobby to keep your mind off of the upcoming test.  Just remember that we are here for you.  Kasie

I actually have an appointment with the Gyn/Onc. a week after the CT Scan.  He's in high demand so hard to get in w/him.  Hoping for a cancellation to get in earlier.  The waiting is brutal. I feel like everything is on hold.
