What Could This Indicate?

Need clarification, maybe reassurance! My primary physician sent me for transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasounds because she did feel a cyst during my pelvic exam. This is the report:

The uterus is anteverted measuring 9.5 x 4.7 x 5.4 cm. Endometrium is thickened and measures at least 13.9 mm. Directed clinical evaluation recommended.  The right ovary measures 2.6 x 2.4 x 2.2. There is hypoechoic-mixed echoic right ovarian lesion present measuring 1.53 cm. x 1.38 cm. There is prominent peripheral vascularity demonstrated with color flow doppler technique. Inferior to the dominant portion of the ovary and the above referenced hypoechoic lesion, there is cystic lesion in the right adnexa measuring .089 cm x .78 cm x 1.06 cm. The left ovary is not observed. No evidence of deep pelvic free fluid.

I have no symptoms, pain, or any irregularies with my periods. I am 43 years of age, have 2 kids and am in excellent health. I also go for yearly exams. I do have an appointment to see my gyn on the 28th for further evaluation.

Thanks for any info.
