What could be wrong??

I am 29 years old. I have had a normal 28 day cycle since i started when i was 10 yrs old. Have always had some cramps with my periods, cramps that radiate through my butt and down my legs. I have also always had pain when i ovulate (one sure way of knowing when to try to concieve, lol) After my 2nd baby was born i noticed a little lump on my right side and dr said it was a normal cyst it would go away. About 2 years ago my periods were lasting about 12 days, recently they have shortened to about 6 days. yay! I just had a pap smear in sept it was negative..This month everything has went crazy. I started my period on Oct 2. Normal in every way, lasted about 6 days. Then on Oct 11 I got out of bed after 2 hours i was having severe lower left abdonimal pain, pain was radiating down my legs into my calves, lasted for a good 6 hours I took 2 napraxons, the pain lessened, but was still there. then for the next 2 days my whole abdominal cavity hurt, like i was bloated with air. That went away. and then yesterday on oct 21 only 19 days after the start of my period i started bleeding,it stopped last night and started again today. Im going to the gyn tomorrow, just wonder if anyone else has had anything similar so ill know what to expect.
thank you

has your dr. tested you for infection or hpv?  it doesn't seem like you should be having so much pain.  is the lump still there?
