What does all this mean??

Okay, for the past 3 months I have been getting pelvic/abdominal pain and back pain on my right side.  My stomach is sick everyday and I also get leg pains also, I'm either constipated or have diariah for days.  So, finally went to the ER Last week and did an US.

Here are part of the results:
Minimal anechoic structure with posterior acoustic enhancement
prominent blood vessels or early uterine myometrium leiomyomatous changes (Uterine Fibroids?).  Endometrial thickness 1.4 cm with a 2.4cm complex cyst on right ovary.
Dr. says because I've had a tubal ligation, then he doubts that I have endometriosis however, my sister and 2 cousins also have had tubals along with endometriosis.  Anyway, the Dr. wants to wait to see for 6 more weeks (mind youu - I'm in serious pain and sick all the time - lossing weight) to see if this complex cyst goes away.  In the meantime, he did schedule surgery for September 22nd.What is going on?  Should I be worried about ovarian cancer or get another opinion?  Please help!  I'm not getting any answers.
