What does this mean?

I had a pelvic ultrasound and showed I had an endometrial strip of 19mm.  Is this normal, what is the normal range?

Are you pre- or post- menopausal?  If you are still having menstrual cycles, then the endometrial stripe is  slightly thickened.   I have seen charts which  list 'normal' thickness as being 5 mm,  and other charts listing 'normal'  as high as 9 mm (there is some disagreement amongst the medical community as to the proper normal range!) HOWEVER, thicknesses of up to 13 mm are not uncommon in women during their child-bearing years.  So, if you are post- menopausal, then this thickness is of much more concern.
