What is a complex cystic lesion?

I went to the doctor because I have been vomiting, have severe gas pains in my chest and back, and severe cramping in my stomach.  The doctor thought it was IBS but sent me for a cat scan.  They called and said I have a complex cystic lesion in my left ovary and to call my OB right away.  Of course I can't get in touch with my OB and when I went on the internet to search for it, it came up ovarian cancer.  Does this mean that I am at risk for ovarian cancer?  I have been going through infertility treatment and have been on clomid, reponex, and gonal-F.  Could these drugs cause this cyst?
