What is heterogeneous and myomatous uterus

I just went and got CT scan and this is what they are saying and not sure if I have both cysts and fibroid in left ovary and in my uterus. Please help.

An approximately 2.1 cm x
3.4 cm cystic lesion is seen within the left adnexa in the region
of the left ovary most consistent with an ovarian cyst.  The
uterus also appears somewhat heterogeneous suggesting possible
myomatous uterus.  Osseous structures are unremarkable

Hi There
that all sounds pretty normal. You may have a cyst of ovulation. Depending on your age, that may be a normal thickness to the uterus.
take care
