What is?

I am still in the process of taking tests to determine if I have ovarian cancer. It seems likely that I do not which of course I am happy about. I have read of different woman being diagnosed due to a cyst on the ovary, a mass or clear cell. What exactly is clear cell? If you have clear cell does that mean you would not have a cyst or mass and that it is in fluid form. I am trying to understand every test and the results to the best of my ability. Although I have had a complete run of tests that show negative I don't feel well and have symptoms. I have only been to a gyn and gastro doctor, I have been told by other cancer patience that I should go to an oncologist but I feel silly as if I am complaining for nothing and I am not the type of person to be sick or paranoid.
