Hi. New to the board, and not sure if this is the right place to post but here goes. My mother (age 57, menopausal for greater than 5 years) began to experience vaginal bleeding this past week which has since subsided unless she over exerts herself physically. However, she is also experiencing pelvic pain, fatigue, urinary frequency, and poor appetite/nasues. According to my mom, all this symptoms came on at the same time, with the exception of fatigue which has been lingering before. It should be noted she is on her feet all day and works 2 jobs. She went to her ob/gyn immediately and was referred for an ultrasound this coming week. Endometrial stuff was ruled out in office. My mom has yearly pelvic/paps with the most recent this past march. Both her exam and blood panels came back normal. So, two months later she has this, and our whole family is freaking out. Any thoughts on if this is likely ovarian, and if so how fast it will progress? Thanks for any input, and keeping fingers crossed it is nothing too serious, but something obviously is going on.
