What to do next?

I have written this site before and appreciate the informative information I have received however I must ask your opinion regarding my next move. For six months I have had symptoms of swollen abdominal area (above the belly button), pain or ache generating on my right side, bloated feeling-my stomach always feels full, frequent urination and changes in bowel habits, nausea and fatigue and an elevated CA125 ranging in the 70's. I have had a complete gastro workup and have been discharged from his care. My gyno has performed an MRI, CAT Scan, Pelvic and abdominal ultra sound and a laparoscopy. I was diagnosed with slight adenomyosis (insignificant I am told) and (2) 3cm fibroids. I understand this is what may be causing my CA125 to be elevated. Upon suggestion from an gyn/oncologist I took donnatal just in case it was IBS, it did not help. I have a pathology report that states, "Cytospin slides reveal sheets of polymorphous population of lympocytes (reactive), with few histiocytes and reactive mesothelial cells. Lymphoma can only be excluded by flow cytometry (performed on fresh sample). Clinical follow up is suggested and indicated." An RN friend of mine said this should have been further looked into. Your input would be greatly appreciated. I am at a loss at what to do next. Thank you.
