What's my next step?

In February 20002 I had a hysterectomy, but my ovaries were not removed.  In May 2003,after intese pain and a subsequent CAT scan,I was told that I had a ruptured ovarian cyst on my right ovary. The pain continued on my right side,on-and-off for about six months, but was much less intense. During that time, I went to my ob-gyn and had an ultrasound done. He did not see a cyst and said my ovary looked normal. The pain stopped for about six months, but retuned in mid-April of this year.  It stopped again about two weeks later, but returned in the begining of this month (June 2004. I went to my ob-gyn again and he did another ultra sound. He said that I had a cyst on my right ovary that was aproximately 3 cm.  He said that it appeared to be blood filled and that he did not think it was cancerous. He told me to come back in two months for follow-up ultra sound. I am now experiencing gastric pain in the center of my abdomen after I eat, and what feels like acid-reflux or indigestion when I sleep at night. The pain subsides when I take OTC medicine, but I am scared that these gastrointestinal symptoms along with the ovarian cyst may indicate ovarian cancer.  Should I wait and go back to my ob-gyn for a follow-up ultra sound or make an appointment with an gyn-oncologist to do a biopsy?
