What's this mean?

I've had a cyst on my right ovary for a little over thee years. Last december (2011) they discovered a complex cyst on my left ovary with many chambers in it. I had an ultrasound at the beginning of january in which they thought they saw the right cyst but much bigger now. 3.2 in december and 4.2 in january. The radiologist says in his report that theres something there, but it no longer qualifies as a cyst. It changed and the ovary changed. She is going to consult an ob/gyn on thursday to see what he says. What could it be? She said the best thing I can do right now is get on some sort of insurance immediately. I'm very concerned and would like to know what you guys think. I've been having lower back pain, very short and light cycles and skipping cycles alot. I go to the bathroom alot lately, have pain on the right side, and seem to have alot of stomach problems, as well as some bowel changes.  I haven't said anything to anyone because I dont want to worry anyone over nothing. Any information would be helpful. I'm stressing about this.
