Worried about ovarian cancer

I have been in massive abdominal and pelvic pain since May 2 2005. I only have one ovary on my left side and absence of a uterus,.I have been running fevers of 99 to 101. I went to my gyno and had 2 ultra sounds done and they showed multiple cysts one 3.3 cm. they did a CA125 which came out normal. He treated me with Bc pills and they shrunk but were still there , but I still have massive pain,I suggested he do a laparoscopy, but refused and said that there was nothing wrong. I have since been hospitalized  because i was running a fever of 103 and they found through a ct that  have multple cysts that again have grown to 3.6 cm and swelling of my colon and ilium. I am so worried, the pain interferes in my normal life, that I have to take pain pills, they don't seem to be helping. Because I dont have insurance I am going throught vocational rehabilitation and they are paying for my treatment. Is it normal for ovarian cysts to cause fever and so much pain and also affect the bowel and bladder. aI feel like my insides are twisted and infected along with back pain and upper thigh pain. I feel that I am going crazy and I feel like no one believes I am in pain. If the ca 125 shows normal, these cysts are benign right?? Dos any one have any advice on what I should be looking for ?? Fever is usually an indication of infection.
