X ray interpretation

Mum aged 55 had stage 3 OVCA 2005. Still in remission.

She has been complaining of a sort throat and chest so a chest x ray was taken.
Her lungs are clear, but the Dr said there are 2 areas which she thinks need looking at. She said that they are either reflections of blood vessels or a vascular mass.

Could someone explain please?

What furthur tests are needed to confirm these findings? I know some undefined things can come up on scans and x rays but are not diagnostic, what did the doctor say must be done to confirm these 2 areas. I cant realy help you in much but seems to me it could be something thats nothing or something serious but I would get on this right away. What is her ca-125 at? I hope everything turns out well for her.
