Hi There,
My specialty is women's cancers. I looked over the forums but I am not sure if there is an appropriate forum for you - maybe gastroenterology.

What I would say is that cysts in the liver are common and usually benign. Usually the next step is getting a liver MRI to confirm that they are just cysts.

The mass on the colon is worrisome. I suspect the reccomendation will be that your Dad needs a colonoscopy to check for colon cancer. He may need surgery to remove this mass.
I am so sorry for your anguish. I hope everything works out
take care
