I have been having a dull pain right abdominal area with back pain i was told there was no blood flow to my right ovary i have no medical insurance can some one help me with info ??? please

you should look for a free clinic in your community. Many are affiliated with medical schools.
I see you are from California. I just googled California free clinic and got lots of hits.
