abnormal amount of fluid founf in stomach friday

My sister has just finished her first bout with chemo 8 mths ago. Her #'# were 17,34 now 39. She did have a CT scan on Friday and the doctor said yes it could be CA or lg amount of fluid acites (ascites). She a biospy wed and would lovw to know whaw else I should ask for.he is in a lot of pain from the fluid and we are so scared...
