abnormal ultrasound results

I am a 35 yr old mom of 4. I have had pelvic pain for quite sometime and have had bleeding every 2-3 weeks since october. I just had a transvaginal ultrasound done and the results showed a cyst on my right ovary....multiple cysts on my left ovary....and a questionable mass in my endometrial lining. What should I expect the next step to be as far as testing goes with my doctor? I also have been experiencing painful intercourse...and abdominal pain when my bladder is full...my stomach always feels real full...thanks for any information...Ann
