about high pH therapy and chemo

Dear all,

My mom has a Ca ovary stage 4. She is platinum resistant to six rounds of chemo involving Taxol and a platinum based agent. She has undergone a debulking surgery in the wake of chemo but only suboptimally debulked (60% of tumors are removed). She is now on second line chemo using Topotecan.

There are metastatis to liver and sigmoid colon, there is a patch on the back of the liver covering one third of the surface area of the organ and is not reachable by surgery.

We want to try high pH therapy on her along with Topotecan. High pH therapy is to use highly akaline agents to raise pH of cancerous cells and subsequentially kill them.

Does anyone know if high pH therpay work and if it works, how soon will we see effects, what are the major side effects that we have to look out for? In addition, how it may interact with Topotecan? Should these two modalities be taken sequentially or simultaneously?

Can someone give us a general idea?

My grandmother she has ovarian cancer, she is 73. Right now she is on, Paraplatin (carboplatin) and TAXOTERE (docetaxel).

I have heard about High Ph treatment but havent tried it. I know with high ph treatment, non-radioactive Cesium Chloride is used with Rhibudium and other minerals.

My grandmother has cancer only in her Omentum... but I dont know if chemotherapy is doing much but we are planning to try high ph levels.

I dont know why the use Taxol... when TAXOTERE is a better choice. Do a reaserch on Taxol vs TAXOTERE.
