adnexal cyst after surgery

I had a Hyst at 27, thanks to endom, then at 43 both ovaries and lots of scar tissue had to be removed, 1 year after the surgery they found a 6 c.,cyst where my right ovary should have been, Another year later and I have 2 cysts. Yesterday my OBGYN told me my right ovary has grown back, and I have lots of scar tissue again, plus the cysts,She told me I'm fine, I dont need surgery at this time, Has anyone ever heard of this before.???? Or do I need to see another Dr.?????Any info would be great.
