adominal and pelvic pain

by dizzyb11, Apr 01, 2005 12:00AM
I had a hysterectomy 4 years ago and i have just been spotted blood int he last 3 to 4 weeks went to the doctors cause i have swelling ,bloating and abdominal and pelvic pain , they did a swab vaginally, and blood work. the swab indicated that i have a bacterial infection,  gave me antibiotics but he explained to me that all of my good cells are gone and i have lots of bad ones, i dont know what that is supposed to mean. All i know is that i am still in a lot of pain. and i am still swollen, bloodwork is fine otherwise. have a gynaecologist appointment in 5 days.
can u please try to help me understand what is wrong and if so what is wrong with me and what procedures can be taken to cure.
