I am wondering if it's common to be on some kind of maintenance to keep ovarian cancer from speading, after chemo treatments are over? I was told by a doctor that I would probably have to continue having taxol once a month after my treatments are over, but not to worry about it now. I was stage 3 at the time I was diagnosed, my ca 125 was 3300 but steadily coming down.
