I just had a total hysterectomy this year end of February total removal and to remove lots of scar tissue plus a 8 cm mass. Now I have another 5 cm mass growing and doc seems to think its endometrioma? Everything is out how can it still grow??

The doctor cleaned everything out end of February this year with a 8 cm mass and now this again.  How can it grow back with nothing in there?

It could have been started groweng before your surgery and been too small to see. Endometrial cells grow other places than the Uterus.
