ca 125 II test

I recently had an ultrasound and it found a 9cm mass on my right ovary. the ultrasound result said that because of the nodularity and septations this looks supicious. the doctor gave me the ca 125 test and the score was 139.  What is the highest score you can get on this test? Before the test my doctor told me that if my score was in the thousands it would tell him for sure that this was cancer is this true?

I have had C125 blood tests for about 10 years because of a strong family history of ovarian cancer and now I have them because I was diagnosed with ovca myself last year. I was always told anything over 35 is suspicious.
