ca 125

I had a routine physical and the CA 125 result was 35.  My white and red blood counts were below normal as well as the hemoglobin and hemotocrit.  In addition my total, direct and indirect bilirubins were high.  My maternal grandmother died of ovarian cancer at age 40.  I don't know about my birthmother because I'm adopted.  The doctor ordered an ultrasound which showed a 2.2cm cyst on one ovary.  He also had my CBC and CA 125 re-tested.  The result for the CA 125 was 32 the second time and my absolute eosinophils were below normal, but the other counts fell in the normal range.  How would you recommend proceeding from here? Could the blood counts have anything to do with the ovarian condition?
